About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a key part in crafting custom storage solutions that transform our customers' spaces. If you enjoy hands-on work in a collaborative environment, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Process materials to complete projects on time and of the highest quality
- Interpret CAD drawings to ensure build plans are being met
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Operate various woodworking and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth production flow.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
- Assemble products to meet customer demands
- Performa QA checks at various stations
- Crosstrain to perform tasks in various zones
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate Forklift
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to operate wood working machinery.
- Time management
- Lean Manufactuing experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects, 50+ pounds.
- QA experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience is using a CNC machine is a plus but not required.
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
